Radar Algorithm Engineer (Signal Processing)

Full-time master's or doctoral degree in radar-related, applied mathematics, signal and information processing, communication and information systems, or related majors;\n2. Have a good mathematical foundation and the ability to derive mathematical and physical formulas;\n3. Understand the working principles of various radar systems and the mathematical models of radar signals;\n4. Familiar with conventional information processing methods - FFT, FIR, Kalman, DBF, CFAR, etc.;\n5. Proficient in using MATLAB, C++, and other development languages for algorithm simulation and development;\n6. Good communication and teamwork skills, and good technical documentation editing skills."}] 一、岗位职责： 1.负责技术图纸资料、研制计划、设计大纲、设计报告和研制总结报告； 2.负责组织技术攻关，协调解决工作中出现的技术问题； 3.对项目成员的工作情况进行跟踪指导、检查、监督，确保各节点按计划完成； 4.负责主管产品机械结构的设计开发和优化迭代，编制主管产品机械结构设计图样和技术资料； 5.负责主管产品研发过程中的对外、对内技术沟通与协调； 6.负责产品机械结构设计准备工作，明确设计内容，拟定设计原则、技术标准，明确设计条件，统一技术标准，落实设计进度； 7.负责组织拟定设计方案，组织相关的评审工作，进行产品机械结构详细设计与创新； 8.完成领导交办的其他工作。
