Experience in big data mining and feature extraction, proficient in machine learning algorithms, and rich experience in applying deep learning models; \n3. Proficient in simulation tools MATLAB or Python, proficient in writing engineering C/C++ algorithm codes; \n4. Priority will be given to those with research experience in phased array or full-polarization radar data processing algorithms."}] 一、岗位职责： 1.负责技术图纸资料、研制计划、设计大纲、设计报告和研制总结报告； 2.负责组织技术攻关，协调解决工作中出现的技术问题； 3.对项目成员的工作情况进行跟踪指导、检查、监督，确保各节点按计划完成； 4.负责主管产品机械结构的设计开发和优化迭代，编制主管产品机械结构设计图样和技术资料； 5.负责主管产品研发过程中的对外、对内技术沟通与协调； 6.负责产品机械结构设计准备工作，明确设计内容，拟定设计原则、技术标准，明确设计条件，统一技术标准，落实设计进度； 7.负责组织拟定设计方案，组织相关的评审工作，进行产品机械结构详细设计与创新； 8.完成领导交办的其他工作。
